Forgot your password?
Click Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your email or phone number. A reset link arrives within 1 minute.
How many devices can one account use?
Up to 2 devices signed in at the same time, for example 1 computer and 1 phone. Signing in on a third one signs out the oldest.
Can I change my sign-in email?
Yes. Go to My courses, Account, change the email and confirm with the code sent to the new address.
Payment
How can I pay?
Bank transfer by QR code, local ATM cards, Visa, Mastercard and e-wallets. The course opens as soon as the payment arrives.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the cart and press Apply. One code per order, taken off the current sale price.
Paid by bank transfer but the course is not open?
Courses usually open within 1 minute. After 15 minutes, send a screenshot of the transfer with your order code on Zalo and support opens it right away.
Learning
How long can I study a course after buying it?
A course bought on its own is yours for life, including lessons added later. A membership opens every course in the plan while the plan is active.
Can I learn on my phone?
Yes, in your phone's browser, no app needed. Your progress syncs between devices.
Where do I ask a teacher?
Every lesson has a Q&A section below it. Teachers reply within 48 hours, within 24 hours on the Breakthrough plan.
Certificates
When do I get the certificate?
As soon as you finish every lesson and pass the final test. The certificate has a lookup code and downloads as a PDF.
How do employers check a certificate?
Every certificate has a code like NT-2026-xxxxx. Enter it on the Certificate lookup page to see whether it is valid.
VAT invoices
My company needs a VAT invoice. What should I do?
Enter the tax code and company name at checkout. The e-invoice is emailed within 3 working days.
Forgot to enter a tax code at checkout?
Email hotro@nacthang.vn with your order code and company details within the month of purchase to get an invoice.
Refunds
Can I get a refund if it isn't right for me?
Within the first 7 days, if you have studied less than 20% of the course, Nấc Thang refunds 100% of the fee, no questions asked.
How long until I get my money back?
Refunds go back to the account or card you paid with within 5 to 10 working days.
