1. Learner accounts

Each account is for one learner, signed in on up to 2 devices at once. Keep your sign-in details private and tell Nấc Thang right away if you see unusual use.

2. Course usage rights

Single courses can be studied for life on Nấc Thang. You may not download, share or resell the course videos and materials.

3. Payment and invoices

Prices shown include tax. An e-invoice is emailed within 3 working days when you enter company details at checkout.

4. Changes to these terms

Nấc Thang gives at least 7 days' notice by email before changing the terms. New terms never take away access to courses you have bought.
